Accepted Payment Methods
We offer several convenient payment options to accommodate our patients. Fox River Periodontics accepts cash, personal checks, and all major credit and debit cards. For patients who prefer monthly payment plans, we also offer financing through CareCredit.
Financing with CareCredit
CareCredit provides flexible financing options that allow qualified patients to spread treatment costs over time. Our team is happy to help you understand how CareCredit works and assist with the application process. This option helps make advanced periodontal and implant care more accessible.
Insurance Coordination & Pre-Authorization
While payment for dental treatment is ultimately the patient’s responsibility, we are happy to assist with insurance coordination. Our team will submit insurance claims on your behalf at no additional cost and help maximize available benefits. We also assist patients with pre-authorization requests when applicable, helping provide clarity before treatment begins.
Payment Timing & Receipts
Payment is requested at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. This approach allows us to keep our processes efficient and our fees consistent. An itemized receipt is always provided upon completion of treatment for your records.
Respect for Your Time
We value your time and strive to maintain an efficient appointment schedule. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other patients and maintain a smooth experience for everyone.
